Influences, Forgiveness, and Recollection

The “files” that we keep in our hearts and mind are so incredibly important. So, choose wisely.

Any time we face challenge or struggle, we all go back and draw from past life experiences in order solve or survive the day.

Obviously, you want the best resources upon which to draw.  That is why I encourage you with Today’s Mindset focus.

Love who you have.

Forgive those who have hurt you.

Remember particular moments of happy.

When you do, there is gratefulness all around. And, releasing past hurts—for no other reason than they cannot be ‘undone’ is a great way to free yourself of future hurts.

Finally, keep an active file of positive mental markers that you can go back to and draw from when you are down or discouraged.

This difference will be noticeable and your future will thank you for it.

Think about that.
